Complete component register of the Neuruh operation. Every system, engine, protocol, property, and dependency: what it is, what it does, what state it is actually in, and what it is worth claiming. This page is a faithful interactive demo of the source PDF. All figures below are source claims from that document, not independently verified facts.
No dollar valuation is current or claimable pre-MRR. All legacy valuation figures are SUPERSEDED and retained for historical record only. Only Tier A code-verified claims appear in distributable volumes. Monetary figures are deliberately absent from this document by operating rule. Component state is reported instead.
Source claim: NRH-GV-VHR-POL-001, Code-Verified Reality audit, 30 Jun 2026.
This codex is banded. Distribution is a per-volume decision, not an all-or-nothing one. An investor volume that contains live infrastructure detail is a liability; an internal volume calibrated for external safety is useless for operations. A distributable subset is issued separately as NEURUH-CODEX-EXTERNAL-BRIEF.pdf, containing PUB volumes only.

The truth layer. Everything above it is addressable, auditable, and refusable. CRUCIBLE is described in the source as the most commercially important component in the entire stack, and it is not a product.
CRUCIBLE is the highest-value component in the entire operation and it is not being treated as a product. The NRH Registry solves a real problem that multi-project operators universally have and almost nobody solves cleanly. The decision to ship ncell Wave 1 and stop is the single strongest process signal in the estate. The Valuation Honesty Rule governs numbers only. There is no equivalent constraint on scope: since the audit, the estate has added the NRH Registry, ncell Wave 1, and this codex. The honesty mechanism works and has not been pointed at the variable that is actually inflating.
The mechanism that explains the output-to-headcount ratio. Largely undemonstrated externally. Two figures in this tier are commercially significant and are not being used: the 98% LLM-bypass rate on the Semantic Cache Vault, and the eight-stage unattended nightly pipeline. The counterweight: this tier runs on an 8GB Mac Mini already reporting load-average overload, with a bus factor of one on the most architecturally novel components.
| Component | What it is | Verify anchor (source claim) | Risk (source) |
|---|---|---|---|
| AXON Gateway | Agent gateway, Phase 1 shipped 2026-04-01 | py:7331, ts:8300 confirmed coexisting | Phase 2 scope undefined; load envelope uncharacterized |
| MOTHER daemon | Monitoring and supervision stack | Operational | Single-host; loss of the Mac Mini is loss of the monitoring layer |
| Nightly Pipeline | Eight-stage cron-driven unattended build loop | Eight stages, nightly cadence | Unattended pipeline on a machine reporting load overload is a compounding risk |
| L4 Engine | Ten-layer autonomous code synthesis: AST mutation, Darwinian synthesis, eta Transform | Layers 1-10 built | Bus factor of one; no second reader |
| NCP Phase 1 | 1,890 AtomicNodes, Convergence Router, Semantic Cache Vault, KuzuDB graph, /dev/shm RAM-disk | 1,890 AtomicNodes, 98% bypass | RAM-disk dependency on an 8GB machine |
| NCP Phase 2 | PHALANX, SYMBIOTE, UIR, Firecracker Micro-VMs | Specced, not compiled, correctly deferred | Do not build before a paying customer exists for Phase 1 |
| Autonomous Builder HQ | Build orchestration root, ~/repos/autonomous-builder/ | Live | Concentration point on a single machine |
| DISPATCH-IQ | Dispatch intelligence, scoped | Blocked: RTL-SDR hardware not confirmed | Cheap hardware blocking a scoped system is a tell about priority |
The source claims a 98% LLM-bypass rate: the overwhelming majority of operations resolve without a model call. Enter your own monthly volume and per-call cost to see the implied saving. The 98% figure itself is a source claim, not verified by this demo.
Every commercial asset by state. Monetary figures excluded by operating rule: state and unblock action only. Structural finding of this volume (source): four assets are live and operating in real businesses, five are built and earning nothing, three are dark or blocked, and one product carries all verified revenue. The build-to-monetize ratio is the defining problem of this operation.
| NRH address | Asset | State | What it is | Unblock action |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| NRH-RV-TXS-PRD-001 | TaxShield | LIVE | The single revenue-verified product in the estate | HOLD. Protect it. Do not refactor it. |
| NRH-RV-BKR-DEP-001 | Baker HVAC, Voice Dispatcher | LIVE | Voice dispatcher operating inside a real HVAC business | FORMALISE. Standing agreement. |
| NRH-RV-IRR-DEP-001 | Indy Roof, ROOF-OPS Phase 1 | LIVE | Phase 1 deployed and live | EXPAND. Scope Phase 2 from live usage. |
| NRH-RV-DSR-DEP-001 | DeedSonar V3, Production | LIVE | V3 alpha-final promoted to production, merge 4674604 | RELEASE. Source instruction superseded: ownership corrected 22 Oct 2026, DeedSonar is solely the founder's. |
| NRH-RV-POG-BLT-001 | Poag AI Training Portal | BUILT | LMS shell on Next 16.2.4, branch redesign/poag-pathways-ui | HYDRATE. Manus content into content/courses. |
| NRH-RV-VLM-PTR-001 | Valermus, Toronto Partnership | BUILT | Locked partnership with Bill Erdem and Galip Tolga Erdem | SHIP. Define the v1 artifact. |
| NRH-RV-BKI-DRK-001 | Bookeit | DARK | Built booking property serving HTTP 402 | PAY. Vercel billing restoration. |
| NRH-RV-FSP-DRK-001 | FSP / ResellOS (FindSellProfit.com) | DARK | Next.js / Firebase / Stripe resale intelligence, HTTP 402 | PAY, then ROTATE Firebase keys. |
| NRH-RV-WRM-PIP-001 | Warm Pipeline: Min Qiu, Ryan McCreay, Joe Turco | UNCONVERTED | Three warm commercial contacts | CLOSE. Highest-yield use of any two-week window. |
From the source state map. Defaults are the source counts: 4 live, 5 built, 3 dark or blocked. Adjust the counts to model a different estate.
Distribution prohibition (source). This volume contains live infrastructure identifiers, host addresses, and an unremediated credential exposure inventory. It must not be included in any investor package, partner share, data room, or acquirer disclosure. If a copy of this codex is being prepared for external distribution, remove this volume or issue NEURUH-CODEX-EXTERNAL-BRIEF.pdf instead.
This demo reproduces the volume in summary form only. Host IPs, project IDs, and credential details from the source are intentionally not repeated here beyond what is needed to show the remediation queue structure. The full INT volume stays with the operator.
| Asset | Spec (source) | State | Risk |
|---|---|---|---|
| M1 Mac Mini | Macmini9,1, 8GB RAM | PRIMARY BUILD MACHINE | CRITICAL: load-average overload; recurring disk and RAM crises |
| Contabo VPS | Paid monthly | PAID MONTHLY | HIGH: role unaudited; Phase 0 audit gates all hardware decisions |
| Gigabyte GA-Z270P-D3 + i7-7700K | Parts required | BEST HUB CANDIDATE | LOW: not built |
| Lenovo ThinkCentre M92p | Too old | REJECTED | NONE |
| Dell Latitude 5580 | Needs M.2 NVMe | INCOMPLETE | LOW |
| Hub services / Tailscale mesh | Ports 8100-8500 | NOT OPERATIONAL | HIGH: not confirmed operational as of 2026-07-08 |
| Supabase, neuruh-axon | Backs DeedSonar, migration 086 applied | LIVE | CRITICAL: password rotation required under Handoff D |
| Vercel, AnchorPG team | DeedSonar deploys; Bookeit and FSP suspended | PARTIALLY SUSPENDED | HIGH: HTTP 402 billing suspension |
| Desktop to iCloud symlink | Active since 2024-03-01 | ACTIVE | CRITICAL: every .env file placed there synchronized to Apple servers for over two years |
| Sev | Item | Required action |
|---|---|---|
| CRITICAL | Committed .env files across six repositories, including a live Supabase password | Rotate first, then purge history. Rotation is the remediation; purging is hygiene. |
| CRITICAL | Supabase password rotation, Handoff D | Rotate immediately. Single highest-severity open item in the estate. |
| CRITICAL | Desktop symlinked to iCloud since 2024-03-01 | Treat every credential ever placed on Desktop as compromised. |
| HIGH | Claude MCP GitHub token, full scope, expiring 2026-08-05 | Delete now rather than waiting for expiry. |
| HIGH | Redis container landgraph-redis found LAN-exposed (stopped) | Confirm no persisted exposed data, then bind to localhost on restart. |
| HIGH | Firebase key rotation, FSP / ResellOS, overdue | Rotate BEFORE billing restoration. |
| MEDIUM | OpenRouter credits exhausted | Operational blocker; operating budget below build rate. |
| MEDIUM | Vercel billing suspension, two built properties dark at HTTP 402 | Restore billing. |
Remediation sequence in the source: 1) rotate Supabase password, 2) delete the full-scope GitHub token, 3) treat Desktop credentials as compromised, 4) rotate Firebase keys before restoring Vercel billing, 5) confirm landgraph-redis has no persisted exposed data, then rebind to localhost. Order matters.
Named frameworks, their function, and their commercial posture. Count verified at 31 in the source; the following are the named and documented subset. Framework register caveat (source): a named framework is not an asset until it is either embedded in running code or licensed to someone. Roughly half of this register is embedded in code. The other half is nomenclature. Holy Grail v2.0 and DIMEA 2.0 are Tier C and personal respectively and do not belong in an external conversation.

| AXON | Agent gateway | Phase 1 shipped |
| MOTHER | Process supervision daemon | Operational |
| BuildOS | Build orchestration, v1 void, v2 sealed | v2 current |
| DISPATCH-IQ | Dispatch intelligence | Hardware-blocked |
| Sovereign Conglomerate | Operating model: scale via agent swarms rather than hiring | Positioning framework |
The genealogical research programme and the CROATOAN / Ananias publication identity are deliberately excluded from this codex in the source. They are not components of the commercial ecosystem.
Pointer page only. Content is issued as a separate, non-transferable document. Naming a program is generally not export-controlled; technical data about it is. That distinction is the entire basis on which this page exists. Full defense-tier content is issued as NEURUH-CODEX-VOL-VII-DEFENSE.pdf, marked non-transferable, and gated behind a paid ITAR/EAR review that has not yet been performed.
| Program | Class | Disposition |
|---|---|---|
| SONA-X | Defense system program | GATED: no architecture disclosed in any distributable artifact |
| SCADS | Defense system program | GATED: no architecture disclosed in any distributable artifact |
| X-FORCE AQUA | Defense system program | GATED: no architecture disclosed in any distributable artifact |
| edge-agent | PRIVATE repository | Export-control risk. Requires paid ITAR/EAR review before ANY release. No exceptions. |
Standing rule (source): edge-agent is PRIVATE. It carries export-control risk and requires a paid ITAR/EAR review before any release, publication, demonstration, or inclusion in a data room. The correct next action on this tier is not a build action. It is retaining counsel competent in export control and getting a written read. Until that exists, the defense tier is a liability line, not an asset line.
Two confirmed fossil paths exist in the estate. Reading, committing to, or resurrecting either produces silent divergence that is expensive to detect and worse to unwind.

Parses an address of the form NRH-[DD]-[ENT]-[TTT]-[NNN] and validates each segment against the registry described in the source: 10 domains, 36 artifact types, 48 seeded entities. Known domains in this demo: RE, PR, RG, GV, IN, RV, DF, FM, THR, and one further domain unnamed in the source. Known types: REP, SYS, CTL, APP, MOD, PIP, UNK, PRD, DEP, BLT, PTR, DRK, POL, SPC.
Counts the 28 register entries by tier and reports the share that is code-verified (Tier A). Defaults come from Appendix A as encoded in this demo.
Load a preset view into the systems explorer, or share the current view. The share link encodes the current filters, search, and selected component in the URL hash, so it restores on load.
Each of the 28 register entries is scored on six record fields: tier, class, verify anchor, dependencies, coverage, and risk. A field counts as missing when the source leaves it undefined, pending, or unscoped. The meter below is computed from the data encoded in this demo.
This demo encodes the 28-entry master asset register from Appendix A as data, plus the volume structure, the six numbered figures, the revenue state map, the remediation queue, the framework register, and the superseded claims register. The explorers filter that data in the browser. The four calculators run the math the source defines: the 98% LLM-bypass saving, the build-to-monetize ratio, NRH address parsing against the registry schema, and the tier mix of the register. The share link serializes the current explorer state into a base64 JSON hash and restores it on load. The completeness meter counts populated record fields across all 28 entries.
This is not the codex itself, not a data room document, and not a verification of any claim in the source. It does not connect to any repository, database, or live system. It does not re-run the 30 June 2026 audit. It does not contain Volume V in full: host IPs, project IDs, and credential details are summarized, not reproduced. It does not contain Volume VII beyond program names. Tier C entries are designs, not working systems, and this demo does not make them execute.
